Sri City, February 4, 2017:- Ms. Rita Teaotia, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India, visited Sri City on Saturday. Mr. Ravindra Sannareddy, Founder, Managing Director, Sri City extended a warm welcome to Ms. Rita Teaotia.
Ms. Rita Teaotia had a review meeting in which the unique features and the financial performance of Sri City was presented. She went round the industrial park, visited the production units of Foxconn, Alstom, Zen Linen
and TIL Healthcare, and witnessed the blooming industrial activity. She had an interactive meeting with the heads of about 90 operational units.
Impressed by its size, infrastructure and industry-friendly ambiance of Sri City Ms. Rita Teaotia said, “I am delighted to see the development in Sri City and to have the opportunity to interact with the developers.”
“My best wishes for accelerating this growth and realising your potential in full measure,” she added.
Commenting on the visit Mr. Ravindra Sannareddy said,”It is an honour to have Mrs. Rita Teaotia with us. Her views and suggestions are very encouraging, and will guide us in developing Sri City further.”
“It was a great opportunity for the unit heads in SEZ, DTZ and FTWZ to interact with the Commerce Secretary and share some of their views and suggestions for improving ‘ease of doing business’,” he added.
